Your data and documents are stored exclusively on servers located in the United Kingdom. Never transferred outside the UK or EEA.
Documents deleted after 90 days
Any documents you upload are permanently deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to keep them longer. You can request deletion at any time.
Encrypted at every step
All data is encrypted in transit using SSL and encrypted at rest on our servers. Your documents are never stored in plain text.

You upload your document
Your file is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL. It is never transmitted unprotected.
It arrives in your personal secure folder
Your document is saved to a private folder linked only to your reference number. It is not publicly accessible. Direct access is blocked by server security rules.
Our system reads one or two key figures
We use AI to extract the specific figure we need — for example your rateable value from a rates bill. We do not read, store or process anything else from the document.
You receive your precise estimate
Based on the extracted figure we send you a specific estimate rather than a broad range. This is the only purpose for reading your document.
If you choose to proceed — your specialist sees the document
Only if you choose to work with a specialist will they be given access to your document — and only to the specific file relevant to their category. They cannot see anything else.
After 90 days — permanently deleted
Your document is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
Under UK GDPR you have six rights. We make all of them easy to exercise.
