3. Our Fees

Our assessment service is completely free to you. We earn a small introducer fee from our specialist partners when they successfully recover money on your behalf. This fee is paid by the specialist — not by you.

Specialist partners charge their own fees for recovery work, typically as a percentage of the amount recovered or a fixed fee. These fees will be clearly explained to you by the specialist before you agree to proceed.

You are under no obligation to proceed with any specialist introduction we make.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

Our assessment provides an estimate of potential recovery based on your answers. This is not a guarantee that money exists or can be recovered. Actual recovery depends on:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law Rightful Money shall not be liable for:

• Any failure to recover money on your behalf
• Actions or omissions of specialist partners we introduce you to
• Losses arising from inaccurate information you provide
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100 in any circumstances.

8. Specialist Partners

Specialist partners we introduce you to are independent businesses. They have their own terms and conditions, fee structures and regulatory obligations. Rightful Money is not responsible for their conduct, advice or outcomes. Any contract for recovery services is between you and the specialist directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
